Mobility Programme – Mobility Proposal Form

This programme is exclusively available to full members of the Culture Next network and enables cultural professionals to travel to other member cities to learn about specific practices and working methods.

Each full member is entitled to:

• Send 3 professionals to different member cities (at different times and destinations);
• Host 3 professionals in their own city (at different times).

Permanent Open Call: Mobility exchanges can be arranged between members at any time. Proposals may be submitted on a rolling basis.

Mobility costs & payments

For hosting cities

Accommodation: The hosting city is responsible for booking and covering at least 5 nights of hotel accommodation per person.

For cultural worker/ sending cities

The Culture Next mobility grant will cover travel and subsistence expenses for each person undertaking a mobility. The mobility contract can be managed individually or by the sending organisations. The maximum available budget per mobility is €1,250, depending on actual travel costs and top-ups.

Payments are made as follows:

• If the contract is with an individual, payment is as follows: 50% upon signing, and 50% upon return.
• If the contract is with an organisation: full amount after return.
