Note1: Please choose a date within the next 6 months. If you intend to propose a mobility beyond these 6 months, please wait for the right timing to propose the mobility.

Note 2: When selecting your dates, please include the dates for going and returning. For example, if your mobility takes place on January 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, and you travel the day before and the day after these dates, you should select mobility between January 9 and 15 (this totals a maximum of 5 nights and 7 days).

Note 3: The maximum amount the host pays is 5 nights, but the mobility may last longer by mutual agreement and without the host being responsible for paying for additional nights. There is no minimum number of days/nights for mobility, but we do not consider it reasonable for a mobility to last less than 5 days (including travel), which means 3 working days of knowledge sharing in the host city.
